You will have the opportunity to sample an array of artisanal honey and then have the opportunity to discover seasonal local ingredients that have been sourced from the Hollywood or Santa Monica Farmers' Market. Meet Allison
Allison became enamored with food and cooking in her earliest years and is passionate about crafting dishes that highlight the flavors of seasonal ingredients which celebrate our region’s food from the farmers’ market.
In 2023, Allison began learning the world of beekeeping and urban beekeeping with the goal of supporting bee habitat projects.

Come indulge your taste buds at one of Rustic Bees honey tasting and cheese pairing experiences. You will have the opportunity to sample an array of seasonal, artisanal, local honey that has been harvested by a beekeeper in Southern California and who takes great care in ensuring the bees are happy and healthy.
What is included:
- A welcome California sparkling wine.
- A look at Allison's bee friendly garden in
Hollywood for ideas as to what you can
plant in an effort to help bees in your
neighborhood.
- An array of local artisanal honeys to taste.
- Your choice of water or sparkling water and
crackers to cleanse your palette during the
tasting.
- Honey and local cheese pairing.
- Take away with you a delicious dessert
made by Allison, a 1-ounce jar of honey, and
